“I don’t feel like doing that” - The 10 mins rules

I read a good psychnogical article on how to beat procrastination. It says that despite you unlike , you just do that for 10 mins anyway. After being involved in the activity for 10 mins, you can make a desicion to continue or stop, and know how hard the thing is.

I think it helps me a lot.
